6 Gantry Expenses - continued  Miscellaneous - $1346.24 Total Expenses - $65,410.90  Naxos covered all post production and distribution costs, with the exception of payments made to liner note annotators.  Unlike Rio de Sangre, Naxos retained rights to the recording

8 Gantry Recording continued Miscellaneous:  As an AGMA company, we had to negotiate fees with AGMA and AF of M. The only performer not covered by a union agreement for the recording was the conductor. His fee was negotiated separately.

9 Gantry recording continued  Perhaps because of two Grammy wins (Best classical composition, best engineered recording) the recording received, the recording actually generated royalties – $1500 to date.

11 Rio de Sangre recording, October 2011  Recording was produced from a combination of three live performances and an orchestra only patch session  Sound Mirror of Boston did all production and engineering  Unlike Gantry, no label agreement was in place before recording took place (Albany Records ultimately released it)

15 Sangre recording continued Miscellaneous:  As an AGMA company, we had to negotiate fees with AGMA and AF of M. The only performer not covered by a union agreement for the recording was the conductor. His fee was negotiated separately.  Recording was released in November, 2011, and was a Grammy winner in the Producer of the Year category
