Your Four Year Plan/ICAP Consider your goals for the next four years in high school and beyond including: Academic – What are the GJHS graduation requirements? What do I need to take to go to the college of my choice? Do I want to be a college athlete? Personal – What do I want to experience in high school? What do I enjoy doing? Can I take classes or join a club or activity which I enjoy? Career/Vocational - “What do I want to do when I grow up?” How can I check out possible career interests before I commit to a future job? Map out your plan using page 34 in your EPG (Educational Planning Guide)

Performance-Based Diploma Conventional Pathway 25 Credits in required areas Minimum 2.0 GPA Proficiency in CSAP and/or ACT score of 17 or above 30 hours of Service Learning and reflection paper Pathway of Distinction 25 credits in required areas Minimum 3.5 GPA An ACT score of 22 or above 30 hours of Service Learning and reflection paper There are a variety of interventions to help your student meet these requirements.
