7. Getting Started: When you first open the application click on 1-New Movie: to start making your own movie. 2-Help Button: if you need some gaudiness. 3-iMotion Gallery: to watch worldwide movies made with iMotion. 4-My Movies: is where your movies are saved. 1 2 3 4

Step two: After clicking on new movie you will find four movie options Which are: 1-Time-lapse: With this tool still photographs of a live surrounding are taken automatically at regular intervals (from 1 sec. to 1 day), and combined into a continuous film. It can be used to photograph clouds moving in the sky, plants growing, crowds... 1

10. 2-Manual: This known as “Stop motion” is an animation technique which makes a physically manipulated object look like it’s moving on its own. Such as (puppet animation, cartoons,...). Tap on the “capture” button to capture a frame. 2

12. After choosing manual or time-lapse. You can edit the number of seconds between each photo taken. The app takes a photo every 3 seconds until you press the stop button. After you are done, you will see your animation and you can adjust the speed using a simple slider. If you don’t like the automatic format, you can choose manual and tap to take a picture each time. The app also has a helpful feature called “Onion Skin” where you can see a transparent view of the previous photos to help you when positioning the subject in the next frame.

13. 3-Remoted: Use a second device to preview and remotely trigger the frame capture. You need to download the free “iMotion Remote” app on the remote device. 4-Mic. : Choose a noise threshold and use the microphone to capture frames. 43

14. Step Three: After you are done making your movie the application will automatically save the file in My Movie. Now if you have only downloaded the free version then you will only be able to export your movie to the iMotion gallery, but if you have downloaded the full version then you would get more options such as exporting your videos directly to YouTube, or your device, your email or even your iTunes sharing folder.
