Advanced Placement (AP) Courses O Begin if you took high school courses while at NHJH O AP Art History (will count as Fine Arts credit) O AP Human Geography O AP Psychology O If Alg.1 in 8 th grade: AP Computer Science A O The College Board recommends ONLY ONE AP course for freshman O **2 to 4 AP courses required for highest graduation honors** O Scores of 3, 4, or 5 on AP exams earn $100 incentive

Gifted & Talented Education 9 (GATE 9) O Also known as GT Seminar O Interdisciplinary O Critical Thinking O Creative Thinking O Independent & Group Investigation O Personal Growth O Quiz Bowl; Destination Imagination; Math Competitions; Rigorous studies in student interests O Can be taken for one semester or one year
