Corporate Culture “Gender Fatigue.” Male CEOs simply don’t see the lack of women around them, conditioned by decades of women’s initiatives. 56% of men (compared with only 39% of women) think that women have made considerable progress at their companies over the past ten years. 58% of men say that the reason for the progress is that their company has been trying harder to promote women. 57% of women say it is because women have made great strides in terms of performance and educational credentials. ©YWomen - May not be reproduced or redistributed without permission The Sponsor Effect – HBR 2011
