Organisational Restructure Fiona Miller and Andrew Kent arrive 1 August to fill DGM posts – Adrian Osborne arrived 14 May as Head of Communications and Business Development Applications for Service Delivery Unit level strong but still some potential gaps Finance/ Human Resources must be appointed with the same rigour – EDs as “external” assessors Next phase is Corporate restructure to be fit for FT Status

Organisational Restructure The ultimate test for any leader is NOT whether he or she can make smart decisions, take decisive action and deliver outstanding business and financial results ….. that is expected of strong leaders!

Organisational Restructure Can he or she coach and teach others to be leaders and to build an organisation that is just as successful when he or she is not around

Good News Final Year Medical Students Examination Preparation (David Maxton) The overall rating of the course by the 40 students who responded was 1 Excellent, 38 Very Good and 1 Good “Excellent – the course was overflowing with enthusiastic and informative teaching” “By far the most beneficial two days of the undergraduate course. To get rid of the Shrewsbury weekend would be nothing short of criminal”
