4 The aim of the SERIO is to train in an active way. SERIO will include practical examples taken from the construction industry based on case studies, interactive tasks, quizzes etc. METHODOLOGY -SERIO application - Level 2 EQF. -Scope of training - four modules divided into 15 lessons per each module. -SERIO application - Level 2 EQF. -Scope of training - four modules divided into 15 lessons per each module. - Thanks to the application students will get a “safe” opportunity to think about their behaviour on site and familiarise themselves with the thinking and decision processes which might occur in the real world. It is planned to create useful short guidelines referring to H&S. - Thanks to the application students will get a “safe” opportunity to think about their behaviour on site and familiarise themselves with the thinking and decision processes which might occur in the real world. 5 1.Preparation of suitable methodology adjusted to the application. All partners involved. 2.SERIO sample development based on part of material. PZPB and WUT will be responsible for delivery of the first sample in order to conduct initial evaluation. It is crucial to check if the sample meets the users’ expectations. 3.Initial evaluation of samples by beneficiaries. All partners involved. Findings and remarks from evaluation will be analysed by the consortium. 4.Beginning of work on the rest of the modules. All partners involved. 5.Designing and preparation of application. WUT is responsible for this task. To create the software. Every idea will be simultaneously converted to electronic version - according to project schedule. 6.Test courses. Final evaluation. 7.Project closing. 1.Preparation of suitable methodology adjusted to the application. All partners involved. 2.SERIO sample development based on part of material.
