It does not mean judging other people. It is important to emphasize this point. Students often misinterpret “judging” as used in personality type. I wish I could change this word, but I can’t.

The intuitive type develops theories and uses intuition to come up with ingenious solutions to the problem. The sensing type applies personal experience to the problem and comes up with solutions that are practical and realistic.
