10 2009 ACC Initiatives Easier Resident Communication No current standard communication format. Streamline approvals and compliance requests via standard web submission form. Ready for Green Updates Review existing building guidelines for ‘Green’ building initiative updates. Solar, wind power, efficient cooling, etc. Educate New Residents Education of new residents via ACC inclusion in Welcome packet to ensure awareness of regulations and process.
