3. 2014 SCHEDULE AND STUFF 2 nd Sundays are now family movie nights! September 28 th – Magic City Miracle – Columbiana Family in need of assistance. November 21 st – 23 rd – Centered Retreat @ Sumatanga November 30 th – Family Festival of Advent December 7 th – Hanging of the Greens December 21 st – Christmas Party

4. 2015 PLANS Summer - Tribes August – Discovery (Transition to make Discovery an annual event) November – Centered Retreat Look to form an annual weekend event during Winter/Spring (to start in 2016 )

5. 2015 SUMMER TRIP Planning trip to Kansas City Why Kansas City? Costs – Previous trip estimates allow us to estimate the cost being around $500 per person. This cost can be brought down through fundraising, advanced planning, and early ideas of who is going. Considering 1 st or 2 nd week in June. This trip’s goal is to allow Youth to expand on all aspects of faith development. Missions, fellowship, discipleship, worship.

6. FUNDRAISING We will need to do a lot of fundraising to help meet our budget next year if it includes a larger amount of travel. Full Moon BBQ. When is the best time? Yard Sale. 2 yard sales a year. Fall and Spring. Set a goal to raise and promote that with special Sunday Evening/Sunday Service Events. This can include special performances (music, drama, worship, etc.) Youth helping members for donations. Members sign up for the work day and list what they need help with. Youth divide up into teams and go do work for donations. i.e. Painting a house, cleaning up a yard, etc. Thoughts? Other ideas?

7. MEETING YOU(TH) WHERE YOU(TH) ARE. We are constantly trying to meet Youth where they are! We know that our time at church is limited…so we want to make sure we are able to stay involved with everything our Youth have going on outside of our doors. What do you want to see more of? What are some things you are dealing with that you could use some help understanding? Youth, as you head down the hall for some time of fellowship, please take a card and prayerfully consider righting down anything you are dealing with that you would like us to pray for and maybe discuss in our studies. No need to right down your name. Just fold it up and drop it in the box by the door on your way out.
