6 THE QUEST  ‘The Quest’ is an adventure based theme for Enigma 2014.  The festival will be conducted on 7,8,9 and 10 th of August 2014.  There will be a day dedicated for Sports which will be held at a ground near the college. The rest of the festival will be conducted in college premises.  Enigma 2014 will also be conducted along with Quizzers Arena(quiz based events) and Hruturang (cultural based events).  The entire event structure will circulate around the theme and almost all events will have a certain incorporation of the theme.  The motto is Ad Gloriam which means ‘Reach for Glory’ in Latin.  Expected footfall for the festival over 4 days is 10000.

7 PARTNERING WITH ENIGMA 2014  College festivals are the new avenues which are now being explored by many organizations to promote their products and to develop brand image.  We, the Marketing Team of ENIGMA 2014 would like to enter into an exclusive partnership with your esteemed organization which can be mutually beneficial for your company as well as our venture.  The sponsor details and deliverables are mentioned in the upcoming slides. We have also started event wise sponsorship where your organization can partner up with us for a certain event in the festival as explained later in the presentation.

11 DEPARTMENTAL TIE UP  Your esteemed organization can partner up with us for specific departments in ENIGMA 2014.  The Departments are – Creative, Photography, Technicals, Music, Photography, Dance, Gaming, Sports, Logistics, Security and Event Execution.  The amount for each Departmental tie up is negotiable as per the discretion of the Marketing Team.

12 WORKSHOPS  Workshops will be conducted in our college premises during the course of the festival.  An existing sponsor will get subsidized cost for the same and will get an independent session as per his convenience to conduct the workshop ( subject to reservation).  The estimated cost of conducting a workshop is 7500 INR per hour (subject to negotiation). A classroom will be provided for the same.  Volunteers will be provided to help conduct the workshops as well.

13 GREEN INITIATIVE “Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's needs, but not every man's greed.” ― Mahatma GandhiMahatma Gandhi  The Enigma 2014 Team will conduct green initiatives in the months following up to the festival and will look to continue the trend even after it.  We would like to tie up with your organization for the betterment of the environment and contributing to what little we can do on our parts in what would be a combined movement of our volunteers backed by your organization along with employees from your organization.  Besides being environmentally responsible, such a movement will attract media attention which could be beneficial for your organization and for our venture.
