8 Concept of Operation DIRTY GAS CLEAN GAS HALON RESERVE CLEAN The Goal Is to Get the Type and Quantity of Halon Where It’s Needed and When It’s Needed. The Reserve Acts As a Warehouse and a “Repair” Facility. All “Dirty” Halon Is Turned in to the Reserve. Clean Halon Provided to Field Activities for Critical Applications Only. DIRTY
