What is it you want out of the program? Healthy Diet Plan Weight Loss A Consistent Workout routine Stay in shape with weekly workouts Get in shape with us supplying workout routines on days not in attendance

Healthy Diet Plan We will form a meal plan suggesting what you can do for better eating habits Try helping you stay on track by calling, emailing, or texting words or encouragement Make a check list for you so it makes it easy for you to stay focus on the over all goal of your diet

Weight Loss Walking Running Abs Aerobics

Consistent Workout Routine A weekly routine that you can continue doing even when your not able to attend the workout sessions

Weekly workouts & Workouts on days not in attendance We could make a layout or a check off list of exercises that can be done at home or foods that you can follow on your diet whether your in attendance or not

Some workout days will not be much of a workout but informational and maybe even guest speakers will attend to inform you on healthy facts about you and your body.

IMPORTANT NEWS! HOSA will be participating in the Relay for Life which will take place May 13 th at Drew High School from. Get fit and join us for an evening and night of fun with cancer survivors, caregivers, and supporters. Blood Drive Jan 25 th.
