Recent Successes Lead advisor on the sale of Sold to Real Networks Inc, USA BlueMind Corporate Finance was the lead advisor in the sale of Zylom to RealNetworks, bolstering its position in the online gaming market with the €17.7m acquisition of its Netherlands-based rival. Lead advisor on the sale of Sold to PerkinElmer Inc, USA C.H. Reynolds CF was the lead advisor in the sale of Elcos AG,a leading manufacturer of custom LED solution, to PerkinElmer Inc., a global leader in health sciences, for an undisclosed amount. Lead advisor on the purchase of Acquired by Cie Automotive, Spain Norgestion was the lead advisor in the acquisition of Brazil based Sada Forjas, an automotive parts manufacturer, by Cie Automotive in Spain. Transaction value: €43m. Lead advisor on the purchase of Acquired by Cie Automotive, Spain Norgestion was the lead advisor in the acquisition of Mexican based firm, DESC Automotriz, by Cie Automotive in Spain. Transaction value: €80m Lead advisor on the sale of Sold to Viisage Technology Inc, USA C.H. Reynolds CF was the lead advisor in the sale of ZN Vision Technologies to Viisage Technology Inc a leading US based provider of advanced technology identity solutions.
