11 I have chosen photo number 3. As you know my parents and I are fond of hiking. When we have our days off we don’t miss a chance and go to the mountains.  when you took the photo I want to show you one of the photos that I took last spring when I went to the mountains with my family.  what/who is in the photo In the photo you can see all my family: my parents, my brother and my aunt Ann. As I am taking this photo, you can’t see me. We have special equipment and I’d like to note that our rucksacks are rather heavy.  what is happening It’s the beginning of our hiking. 19 I’d like to compare and contrast these two photographs.  give a brief description (action, location) (В данном пункте вы должны по отдельности в 1-2 предложениях описать каждую фотографию, но еще не сравнивать их.) In the first picture I can see ballerinas performing on the scene of the theater. The other picture shows young girls dancing in the street.  say what the pictures have in common (В данном пункте вы должны выявить что-то общее, что объединяет обе фотографии. Обратите внимание на вводные слова и слова –связки.) On the one hand, these two photos have some similarities. The pictures illustrate four dancers. The young girls are dancing and they look as they are enjoying themselves, and also I can’t see spectators around there. That's where the similarities end.

20 Omelchenko L.R.  say in what way the pictures are different (Здесь важно показать различия между фотографиями.) On the other hand, in some ways the photos are really different. In the first one I can see four ballerinas performing a fragment from the ballet “ Swan lake ”, whereas, the second photo shows completely different style of dancing. Also, I can pay attention to the clothes of the dancers, ballerinas are wearing white special dresses called tutus, tights and pointes, while street dancers are wearing black trousers and black t-shirts and gym shoes. Their clothes look more comfortable and loose. In the background of the ballerinas there is a picture of the lake with two swans white and black. However, in the background of the street dancers there is a river, a bridge and buildings.

21 Omelchenko L.R.  say which kind of performance you’d prefer As for me, I’d prefer visiting theater  explain why because I like the performance presented in the first picture, ballet and I ’ m really a theatre goer.
