Assistance to Rural Law Enforcement to Combat Crime & Drugs - $123.77M –Assistance to law enforcement in rural states and rural areas to prevent and combat crime, especially drug related crime Combating Criminal Narcotics Activity Stemming from the Southern Border of the United States - $29.7M –Assistance and equipment to state and local law enforcement along the southern border and in HIDTAs Crime Victims Competitive Grants - $5M –Training, technical assistance and demonstration projects national in scope.
