* Discuss the merits and trade-offs of each of the Options presented during the role-play. You will develop your own Option reflecting your own views. * Discussion will take place in a fish bowl- inside and outside. Roles will rotate. Outside fills in Pro and Con sheet. Inside will be reflective on rubric. * Groups: one rep from each Option. Inside/Outside. *Members of Congressional Committee and citizen lobbyists will share their evaluations of the four option groups. *Which arguments are most convincing? How would the options affect people in other countries? CITIZEN LOBBYISTS: Explain some of the positive and negative effects of the different options on your characters. * Critique each other’s options from a variety of perspectives. i.e.(how would a U.S. corporate executive vie the options?
