Effectiveness Background Enhancing Undergraduate Research Endeavors & Creative Activities (EURECA) is the Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) submitted to Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) as part of the accreditation reaffirmation process. MSU’s QEP will be evaluated during the site visit from SACSCOC in April 2013.
