Outcomes – Participants will… Use the 2013 Charlotte Danielson Framework for Teaching to identify criteria for high-quality artifacts. Affirm criteria for determining insufficient, partial, or full attainment of Student Learning Objectives. Understand the year-end evaluation process Become aware of resources that support the the final evaluation process.

Agenda Idea Exchange Artifact Analysis Evaluation Summary Report End-of-Year Conference process Supports and Resources

Idea Exchange Form standing groups of 3-4. Discuss practices and supports you have put in place to facilitate the evaluation process.

Artifact Analysis Review the sample artifact. Refer to the rubric for 4C: Communicating with Families. Work with your table group to determine a level of performance. Use the language of the rubric to justify your decision.

Artifacts Teachers must upload at least 1 artifact per component in domains 1 and 4. A single artifact can be used as evidence for more than one component.

Rating SLOs Review the student data for the SLO target. Determine the level of attainment.
