Geocent Federal IT Clients (cont.) Naval Oceanographic Office - As Prime Contractor since 1999, Geocent provides Application Development, Data Integration, Web-enabling, Data Visualization, and Content Management solutions for NAVO. Additionally, Geocent assisted NAVO in creating processes and documentation necessary to achieve CMM Level III. Naval Reserve Force - Since 2002, Geocent has provided full life cycle applications & deployment support for the Base Level Item Tracking System (BLITS), a logistical & supply chain tracking application that uses mobile devices & is adding RFID. USDA National Finance Center – EmpowHR; Geocent is also currently working with the USDA NFC to develop an overall project plan for the conversion of their enterprise from Novell to Microsoft Active Directory for over 1500 users worldwide. NASA – Under an SBIR Phase II Award, Geocent is developing algorithms and software with the University of New Orleans to improve, standardize, and automate the entire process of LIDAR Data processing. Army Space and Missile Defense Command – Since 2004, Geocent has been leading the data integration, design, and web-services enablement for a prototype of a key tactical decision support system.
