Eligibility Criteria – Center should be MKCL’s Authorized Learning Center (ALC/RIC-ALC) fulfilling the MS-CIT performance criteria. – Center should clear the “OASIS General On-CeT” examination. – Requisite Infrastructure: Center should have premises (owned/rented/leased). Separate operational area for OASIS operations. Adequate sitting arrangement, Drinking water facility, Notice board outside office for people to comfortably read, Sufficient storage to keep forms, Parking space. At least 2 counters with printer to handle front office. At least 1 Server, 1 client, scanner and printer of recommended configuration.

OASIS Center Registration Process: – Center will raise Expression Of Interest (EOI) from center SOLAR login. – Center will transfer Rs.5000/- as deposit to MKCL. – Center will submit EOI printout, infrastructure and human resource related documents to Local Lead Center (LLC). – Center Coordinator will appear for “OASIS General On-CeT” examination. – LLC will do the OASIS center visit. – Recommendation by LLC/RLC & center will registered as OASIS Center.

Accreditations – Undertaking on bond paper will be taken from OASIS Center. – Deposit will be taken from OASIS center. – Yearly Renewal. Financials – OASIS center share will be vary from project to project.

Service delivery process – The specific project/service application link will be available in registered OASIS center login. – OASIS center will submit EOI for the specific project /service. – OASIS center will appear for “OASIS Functional On-CeT” for that specific project. – Project will be allotted to concerned OASIS center on basis of On-CeT result by LLC/RLC/MKCL. – OASIS center will work for that project/service.
