2 About Extreme Tour The Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour (EET) brings the country ’ s top young entrepreneurs to college campuses to spread the entrepreneurial mindset. The tour is visiting campuses across the country with half-day events, and will be stopping at our campus! Students from ALL academic disciplines are invited to learn to leverage and benefit from the entrepreneurial mindset in this increasingly global world! - 4 -

5 Inspirational Keynote Provided by one of the country ’ s top young entrepreneurs (see slide 15), this keynote will inspire your students to take action on their dreams. The content of the keynote includes: An inspiring and relatable story where the speaker shares the ups and downs of his or her journey and how exactly he or she became so successful. Lessons learned and take-aways that students can apply to their life. Schools have the option to approve an outline of the speaker ’ s talk. - 5 -

6 Networking Breaks Breaks are an opportunity for attendees to: Visit the exhibit hall Network with each other Eat food The exhibit hall is an opportunity showcase: Successful student & local entrepreneurs Employers interested in recruiting entrepreneurial students Local resources that could help attendees Local sponsors - 6 -

7 Dream Action Workshop This explosive program inspires students to leverage the power of youth and empowers them to begin their journey by asking themselves fundamental life questions they may have never asked themselves before. It is an interactive program where students identify and develop their core aspirations and share them with each other. By the end of the program, students will have a specific action plan that will take them down the road of passion, purpose, and prosperity! - 7 -

8 Speed Networking Force attendees out of their comfort zone in a fun way with speed networking. On one side of a table are students with ideas or operational businesses who are looking for partners and on the other side are students with no idea who are looking for partners. Students rotate through ten two-minute pitches. The individual with the most connections wins an award. - 8 -

9 Extreme Entrepreneurship Panel The Extreme Entrepreneurship Panel is an informal event where attendees connect with successful entrepreneurs on a personal level. Panelists include any combination of the following: Inspirational keynote speaker EET co-founder Local entrepreneur Student entrepreneur Alumni entrepreneur Attendees are exposed to different view points on how to achieve success before graduating and learn about the people behind the stories. - 9 -

10 The Message The event ’ s message is both inspirational and informational and is intended for all students whether they ’ re studying business or liberal arts. The keynote speakers blend both success and youth so that students relate to and apply what they ’ re saying. By the end of the event, attendees understand that entrepreneurship is a mindset that can be applied to starting a business and/or taking a job. Furthermore, attendees will understand that this mindset is a powerful force with impacts on job creation, innovation, philanthropy, and peace. - 10 -

13 About the Founders Michael Simmons and Sheena Lindahl are the co- founders of the Extreme Entrepreneurship Tour and were recently recognized by Business Week as one the top 25 Entrepreneurs under 25 and recognized on the AOL home and in USA Today. Michael Simmons, is an award- winning entrepreneur and the author of the bestselling book, The Student Success Manifesto. Sheena Lindahl, is the author of The Student Success Manifesto Workbook and was formerly a senior associate at GreenHills Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm. - 13 -

14 About the Material The Student Success Manifesto, helps students think entrepreneurially about their life. It has received rave reviews from students, educators, professionals, media, and celebrities including Mark Victor Hansen, Stephen Covey, and Paul Orfalea (Founder, Kinkos). The Student Success Manifesto Workbook inspires and educates students on how to plan, prioritize, and pursue their own vision. Students who finish the workbook will complete a life plan, the equivalent of a business plan for one ’ s life.
