Weekly Lesson plans for the coming week should be sent via email no later than 8:00 a.m. each Monday morning Saved with a specific file name including: Lastnamefirstinitialmonth_Monday’sdate Example: Davisc9_30 Next, office personnel save as a PDF file in a shared drop box All administrative team members have access Moved to a network drive at the end of each month because of storage constraints

Why not just have teachers add to the drop box? Set a deadline! What if they don’t meet your expectations?
