Team Discovery Ropes Team Discovery is devoted to the delivery of learning experiences that motivate people to go beyond their perceived boundaries, to work with others, to solve problems, and to achieve success both individually and within a group. Group Initiatives/Low Elements – Imaginary scenarios are created that challenge groups to plan, experiment, concentrate, and communicate. High Elements – While securely harnessed to a belay line, participants will traverse cables 20 to 35 feet above the ground. Team members will act as a safety and support network.

All of the educational programs at the Outdoor School operate around the concept of respect: for nature, oneself, and others.

Chaperones (cont.) Parents will not be in the same learning group as their child. Why? “Outdoor school is an opportunity to grow for many children. We've found that students perform better when independent from Mom or Dad. Remind parents that they will have times to reconnect: at meals, free time, during the evening program, and in the bunkhouse (if specifically requested).” –Coloma Outdoor Discovery School
