Before the field trip we played heads up 7 up. We played for about 30 minutes. It was fun at school but things were going to get better.

A group of cows is a heard. They use pierce gun to tag the cows. The cows skin is leather, like on couches and other stuff.

In 1851 the first cheese factory was made. To make cheese you have to boil it in 145 degrees F

You should wash your hands for 20 seconds. If you are defrosting something you should microwave it or put in cold water in a bowl.

To clean milk it has to be 160 degrees F. If you have a lot of cows you won’t want to milk them by hand. There is a machine that milks with like a vacuum.

Pecans were found first by the Indians. Pecans are great pocket sized snack. They are great energy. Pecans can’t sit on a cabinet all day they have to be in the fridge or freezer.

There is a garden called a waffle garden that was used a log time ago. Today we use a normal garden. There are a lot of different kinds of colors of corn.

This is a cotton field. Cotton is estimated to be over 7,000 years old. Cotton can grow to be 3-4 feet tall. Eli Whitny created the cotton machine.

Animals We saw a lot of animals. We saw bulls, cows, sheep, and a lot more. We got in trouble so we all flipped a card.

The field trip started at maybe at 2:30 and ended at 1:30. I liked the farm but it was time to go back to school. I learned a lot of stuff.
