8. 7 Option 2 FSDC continues as a forum for young people with disabilities to access information about services and policy which affects them, and which gives decision makers an opportunity to engage with them directly

9. 8 Option 3 FSDC continues as a network of organisations working with, and on behalf of, children with disabilities and their families to share information and build consensus opinion and influencing activity around relevant developments in policy and legislation

12. 11 Survey Monkey Results 20 people/orgs responded 100% agreed that option 3 should be adopted. Voted on future topics for meetings and potential working groups

13. 12 Structure Should meet minimum of 4 x per year Meetings structured around policy agenda, with invited speakers Member orgs offer venues and allocate time for joint working Set up short life working groups to develop positions and organise influencing
