In the domestic market PrivatBank has been working for over 23 years. Now, PrivatBank is the most universal interregional commercial bank in Ukraine. It can be proved by the quantity of the employees of the bank, now there are 30 thousand. The average age of employees is 31-35 years. Analyzing the personnel of PrivatBank by gender can say that women occupy a larger share - 60% less than men - 40%. 5

Measures for improve personnel management system in PrivatBank: Need to improved communication between executives and subordinates Need to constantly monitor the level of employee motivation Need to create bank of ideas Tasks to subordinates must be clear and understandable Need to consider whether the worker does his job Need to increase the level of wages of the bank employees to the market level 7

Personnel costs in PrivatBank (Thousand UAH) Basis of the analyzed the results we can say that the costs of the management of the personal is not enough. On this slide where represented the costs of the management of the personal by the years. You can see that costs were reduced on 2013 on the 306 millions UAH. It is negative dynamic for the bank. 8

CONCLUSION: The introduction of the proposed ways to improve the system of PrivatBank, it is possible to overcome the shortcomings of control systems and improve the efficiency of the personnel. 11
