24. 24 © 2010 – Proprietary & Confidential Debit Impacts  Going forward, in order to ensure a consistent experience for end-users when scheduling payments, the “Send On” date calculated by the online service for standard payments will always be the latest available debit date that will allow Online Resources to deliver the payment on-time. As a result of this debiting logic, Online Resources will no longer perform weekend debits to end-user accounts for standard bill payments.  Please note: if offered by your Financial Institution, Expedited Payments are not impacted by this debit timing change.  Payments that your end-users have scheduled as of the date of your release will not be changed to the new “Deliver By” scheduling methodology. The “Send On” date originally entered by the end-user (even if it is a weekend day) and the corresponding “Deliver By” date for their payments will remain in effect and will be used to debit and remit the payment.
