3. Vascular Surgery Certification Minimum of 50% of total CME must be in Vascular Surgery Minimum 25 hours annually in vascular Essentially one vascular meeting a year would fulfill the vascular CME requirement 100% of self assessment CME must be in vascular surgery

7. Self Assessment CME Vascular Surgery Self Assessment Program: VSAP Will be available summer 2008 250 questions CME credit value yet to be determined Revised and republished every three years

8. Vascular Self Evaluation Program: VSEP 400 questions Max 60 hrs CME SESAP also satisfies self assessment requirement 650 questions Max 65 hrs CME Only a portion is considered vascular specific Self Assessment CME

Journal of Vascular Surgery CME  Monthly CME exercise Single test covering 4 selected articles Total of 8 questions, 2 questions per article for 2 CME credits All questions must be answered correctly to obtain CME credit but the test may be repeated New articles chosen each month for CME purposes Existing tests remain on the system for 2 years Up to 24 CME credits can be obtained each year
