Results – Lower Attrition More Students seem to be focused on a Goal! Students have expressed willingness to successfully complete “Irrelevant” courses Students reduce class loads to focus on success and improving GPA/Certification Students to come to me with complaints Students offer ideas/suggestions ie: New classes – program needs Students start asking about University Transfer Programs – Goal has shifted! 11

My Classes have High Retention 30% will succeed regardless of your efforts 30% will fail regardless of your efforts Developing strategies for that 40% can impact retention data. Using D.E. portal for supplemental is a big benefit for ALL students I feel effective! 17
