ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Browser Icons Notes is a function available within many of Integrator’s Modules - accessible through the Detail Screens. It gives the facility to retain a Note, or a series of Notes, to be associated to the Module’s Record. ‘NOTES’ FUNCTION Keyboard ‘Down Arrow’ = Go forward Keyboard ‘Up Arrow’ = Go back Keyboard ‘ESC’ = Exit this Help Demo This example will show how to set a Note relating to the Employee, Andy Divers. The same principle would apply to a Note created in any other Module – for example against a particular Accident in the Health & Safety Modules.

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Browser Icons Selecting the Tab brings up the Notes screen… At present, there are no Notes set against this Employee – hence the 0/0… ‘NOTES’ FUNCTION Keyboard ‘Down Arrow’ = Go forward Keyboard ‘Up Arrow’ = Go back Keyboard ‘ESC’ = Exit this Help Demo To create a Note – click the Add icon…

ALL RIGHTS RESERVED Browser Icons Clicking the Add icon launches the Notes input screen… This has now become the first Note set against this Employee – indicated as 1/1… ‘NOTES’ FUNCTION Keyboard ‘Down Arrow’ = Go forward Keyboard ‘Up Arrow’ = Go back Keyboard ‘ESC’ = Exit this Help Demo The first input, Description, allows the Note to have some form of summary put against it. It may also be useful if reviewing Notes in the Notes Browser in the future. This acts as a guide in the drop down list when more than one Note exists against the Record.

The Notes may be printed via the Print icon – for further details refer to the Print Section of the Main Help. If required, the Text font, size, colour etc may be enhanced using the Toolbar facilities shown.
