If you do not address the issues will be forced Consult: leadership, legal, HR Clear policies for discipline Employee Handbook Know what to fight and what not to – law vs. pride ▫Prevention / Communications Staff meetings Staff development / retreats

Public Relations ▫Importance of Medical Community friends Have relationships with key individuals in medical community: medical board, medical society, legislators, hospitals, referral sources, training programs, etc. Nurture! Use others in your program for help: perfect role for your BOD! ▫Awareness of key legislative matters and current medical community issues
