Problem #2 - NET O Not Enough Time - Our constituents (faculty, students, administrators, members, etc.) are all Highly Involved People (HIP) with many Serious Time-Eroding Responsibilities (STERs). These HIPSTERs, also know as Multi-Taskers, can only devote a small amount of focus and attention to our organization.

Tips & Tricks for Success O Manage your curation time O Establish your toolkit and stick with it O Same time each day O Set your timer O Follow everyone of importance to your readers O Faculty, administrators, keynoters, colleagues O Follow thought leaders in related/other fields O Comment!

Tips & Tricks O Keep it simple (not perfect) O Touch everything once O Link accounts whenever possible to maximize redundancy and minimize effort O Consider audience O Consider voice O Use widgets/embed codes on the static sites where you want your posts to appear O Organization website O Blog O Metrics/analytics – be reasonable
