e-Tips for e-EH&S Develop a new paradigm. Use the internet to reduce materials and energy, producing environmental and cost benefits both inside and outside the firm. Fail early and often. Don’t spend years developing requirements. Iterate your way towards the right answer. There is always risk, so manage it. Balance 90% tried and true technology with 10% experimental.
35
e-Tips for e-EH&S Run it like a business. Use a single point of accountability who can balance technologists, creatives, users and upper management. Use multiple suppliers. But use a common technology and look & feel platform. Go faster, faster, and even faster.
