Vladimir brings along global business practices he gained throughout his 18 years sales and marketing experience. His career has afforded him roles across the most commercial and some international functions in retail (Royal Ahold group 4 years) and supply side (Rothmans of Pall Mall 3 years and Kraft foods International 10 years). This comprehensive experience lead to roles in projects, change management, solution selection and implementation, and recently, management consulting/recruitment. He has managed more than 300 hire interviews during his career tenure both on local and international level.   JobsinYangon.com began out of the desire to contribute to newly creating democratization process. He started operations in September 2012, right after Myanmar opened up to international business.  Over the last 1.5 years, he has successfully developed and launched a highly sophisticated online recruitment solution while evaluating significant traction in Myanmar's booming job market.
