4. 4 Berufsausbildungs-Assistenz Integrative Professional Training Assistance Is a integrative apprenticeship.The goals for school and for the company where the person is trained is individualy planed. The chamber of commerce and the chamber of Labor are involved. During three years the trainies are four days in a company and one day at school. Our job is to brake down the goals from a normal apprenticeship down to the individual possibility of a person. On the basis of the integrative professional training, people with disabilities get the chance to qualify for their future work-life.

5. 5 Capito – Information within reach Information (leaflets, forms etc.) is adapted in regard to be accessible and usable for people with disabilities or learning difficulties. Contents are tested on comprehensibility and get modified as necessary by experts of the target group. That way can be ensured that information arrives. Furthermore buildings and services are examined for their accessibility. People with disabilities test locally whether your buildings and services are barrier-free. The goal of Capito Vorarlberg is to provide an entrance for people with disabilities to a life as equal citizens.

6. 6 Unternehmerservice - Entrepreneur Service On behalf of the federal government, we advice companies how to hire persons with a handicap. We talk to them about diversity management, gendermainstreaming and possibilitys for funding the company.

7. 7 EU Projekte In the past we have been working on several EU Projects. Our biggest Projekt was “Labor” with EASPD. We chaired this project for three years. Next to transnational projects we also have been involved in national projects such as “Hotel Viktor”. Hotel Viktor was build up to train 12 persons with a handicap to become cooks or waiters in the free Labor market.

8. 8 Unternehmensberatung - Management Consultants This is the smallest part of our companies work. Staff management, working out handbooks or general principles for companies, is our work here. Fundings for companies is another part of our work.
