2 pigeon 1. That pigeon is the only one that is afraid to eat from my hand. Noun- any bird of the family Columbidae, having a compact body and short legs, esp. the larger species with square or rounded tails.

3 perfume 2. Perfume bottles come in all sizes and shapes. Noun- the scent, odor, or volatile particles emitted by substances that smell agreeable

4 depot 3. Judy met John at the train depot downtown. Noun- a railroad station.

5 elite 4. I can’t afford the clothes in that elite shop. Noun- (often used with a plural verb ) ) the choice or best of anything considered collectively, as of a group or class of persons

6 suite 5. The family of four took a suite at the hotel for their vacation. Noun- a connected series of rooms to be used together

7 matinee 6. After the matinee, we talked about the movie for an hour. Noun- an entertainment, esp. a dramatic or musical performance, held in the daytime, usually in the afternoon.
