6 Job seekers will develop a training plan with their local WorkOne Advisor Step Two Depending upon financial need, WorkOne may be able to help job seekers with other services while they are in a training activity Improve Your Skills

7 Job seekers can start in a training program but will want to stay in touch with their WorkOne Advisor for any additional help they may need Step Three Improve Your Skills

8 MindLeaders E-Learning In the summer 2008, the Dept. of Workforce Development purchased e-licenses as one more benefit to help Hoosier job seekers improve their skills. Benefits of the MindLeaders e-licenses include: 24/7 access from any computer Skill Assessments to test knowledge Self-paced courses- no CDs or instructors Certificate of Mastery upon course completion
