10 10 Introduction to PAL and process flow Import production data Data can be imported from Business Service Management 9.2 and Webtrends 9.0 or later Production data includes information such as user traffic and monitoring data Data is imported in XML format from BSM Step 1: Create Production Report Production report is created in Performance Center Report includes different activities observed in production Step 2:
