QEC Faculty Chair The QEC Faculty Chair is a full time faculty member familiar with the QEP, who devotes approximately 4 hours per week outside of their regular hours, working on the critical thinking initiative. The primary responsibility of the Chair is to lead the QEC in providing oversight and strategic direction to the QEP Team. The Chair also works closely with the QEP Director, providing expertise in critical thinking to the Faculty Champions and professional development for faculty college-wide.
