5 Impaired Glucose Tolerance Disorder in which blood glucose levels are elevated Type 2 Diabetes Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas that converts sugar into energy

6 Body Mass Index (BMI) Healthy Range is between 5 th and 85 th percentile Overweight is above 85 th percentile Underweight is below 5 th percentile
