Focuses on crisis handling and getting the client back to a Steady-State. Uses standard Apple tm design and development practices to ensure future technology compliance. While initial offering is robust, the design is flexible and scalable to support additional features. 3

Confidential CMI CrisisPad: Background & Overview CrisisPad is a state of the art crisis incident management application. The focus of the application is to deliver critical incident information in a timely manner to key decision makers and crisis management team (CMT) members. The product consist of two key components, a Web based centralized database for managing the distribution of crisis information, and the iPad based delivery vehicle for use by the decision makers and CMT members. Key features include: Overall Dashboard Critical Sites Status Critical Events Journal Overall People Status Technology (I/T) Recovery Status Key Business Recovery Activities Access to BCP & Recovery Documents Access to Photos & Videos of Incident (with upload capability) Financial Tracking of the Incident. 5

Confidential CrisisPad: Secure Sign In 6 CMI only uses standard routines and services when developing all applications. This screen secures the any sensitive information by logging the client into the corporate (or designated) network for authentication. The screen fields shown are: User Id is the corporate log in identification Password is the secure password that corresponds to the user id Time Between Sync is the frequency in minutes between updates from central database. The default is 60 minutes. This field is only presented after a successful login. CrisisPad ID is the unique identifier for the device running the App for the particular company. This field is only presented after a successful login. Other / future preferences will be displayed in the lower half of this screen.

Confidential CrisisPad: Full App Menu 7 The CrisisPad Menu provides quick access to all of the applications functionality. This includes: A Full Dashboard with key metrics Details on Critical Sites Journals about the crisis event(s) Information regarding Key Activities related to to remediate the incident Details about the status of people involved in the crisis Details about the recovery of information technology Photos and videos related to the incident Direct Communication services between the client and other crisis management team members Automated assistants to help in the Emergency Response, Incident Management, and Recovery phases of a continuity plan. Tracking information related to the finances related to the incident Access to needed documentation

This includes: The status of critical sites A general bulletin board of what’s happening. A running journal of events related to the crisis event Key activities related to the resolution of the crisis event Overall status information regarding people involved in the crisis Overall status information regarding the recovery of information technology Video or Photo of the crisis event

Confidential 9 CrisisPad: People Status The CrisisPad People Status screen tracks the overall status of both employees and possible visitors that may be on a site during a crisis. This includes: The number of employees and visitors at the site. The number of employees and visitors confirmed to be safe The number of employees and visitors considered to be at risk or missing The number of people sick and / or injured The number of critical injuries The number of fatalities (if any) A listing of people missing or at risk. This list is only displayed to authorized management and CMT members. Each line item offers a full drill down of detailed status information. A listing of people injured. This includes: An overall recovery status showing the level of completion and a status indicator with a trend marker. All of the following status segments contain a completion indicator, a status indicator with a trend marker, and specific recovery exceptions The status of Networking Systems... The videos and photos can be stored on a company website, or by a secured service provider. By simply tapping an item in the list of videos and photos, CrisisPad brings up the corresponding selection for viewing. The following slides show video, photos, and full screen display capability.

These are standard text messages that are managed through a central messaging database. Features include: Access to multiple message feeds that may be engaged by different teams during a crisis Posting of messages to selected feeds. Alerts to the posting of new messages from other team members The bottom half of the screen provides access to a state of the video conferencing tool for the iPad-2 named FuseMeeting TM. Confidential 16 CrisisPad: Crisis Recovery Financial Tracking & Status The CrisisPad Financial Tracking and Status screen tracks spending that is directly related to the execution of the continuity plan. This includes: The top portion of the chart is a graphical summary of the spending in the financial sections below. Section 1: Total Emergency Response Expenses, followed by the line items details that add up to the total Section 2: Total Incident Management Expenses, followed by the line items details that add up to the total Section 3: Total Recovery Expenses, followed by the line items details that add up to the total Section 4: Total Restoration Expenses, followed by the line items details that add up to the total The bottom portion allows the team member to project both the Capital and future Expenses needed to complete the continuity and recovery efforts.

Confidential 17 CrisisPad: Crisis Document Viewer The CrisisPad Document Viewer screen provides access to business continuity, disaster recovery, policies and procedures, and any other documents the Crisis Management Team (CMT) deems critical for a crisis event. This includes: The top portion of the screen is a scrollable list of available documents. Each document can be stored on a company or other secured website. By tapping on an item in the list, the full document is displayed in the bottom portion of the screen. The document can be scrolled (vertically & horizontally), contain charts & images, and be zoomed in and out.
