Partner Alliance – Depth ISV InContinuum Value Proposition for System Integrators 6 Incentives Sales Incentives: InContinuum has a well-defined Authorized Reseller program where SIs can earn up to 20% - 35% on RTU and support sales in our reseller program depending upon level of support given. Deployment Incentives Trained SIs can earn much Professional Services revenue by deployment and set-up and deployment of CloudController. Opportunity sizing: -Average deal size including the ISV solution (list prices) CloudController Enterprise Edition: $32k(licenses only) – 100 VM start CloudController Standard Edition: $15k (licenses only) - 100 VM fixed -Average services revenue from deploying We average 3-5 days professional services for a standard deployment. This has a list price of $5,000 – $8,000. Large complex environments can yield higher amounts if we do all the application packaging, Service Catalog and Supply Chain set-up for customers.
