What do we mean by Collaboration? The action of working with someone to produce something (Oxford English Dictionary) Collaboration is working with each other to do a task and to achieve shared goals (Wikipedia) “Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.” (Henry Ford – Entrepreneur 1863 – 1947)

Future Collaboration Preferable to adopt one change at a time Current working practice promotes collaboration which should be regarded as ‘the norm’ rather than the exception Collaboration should bring additional resources Greater flexibility will bring greater accountability
