Too many sex chromosomes: Klinefelter’s syndrome (male) Triplo X syndrome (female) Extra X chromosome Infertility XXY or XXX

Too few sex chromosomes : Turner’s syndrome Only one sex chromosome (X) Short stature Webbed neck

Too many body chromosomes results in down syndrome 47 chromosomes instead of 46 Impairment of learning ability Minor physical abnormalities
