15 Know members needs and SATISFY them! Improve Meeting Quality – GREAT CLUBS Strengthen WEAK Clubs (<20)(41% now) Coach/Mentor each other, Mentor Club Leaders All Clubs achieve ‘Select Distinguished Club’ All clubs at least 20 members Achieve own personal goals while serving others
