What is Burnout? Symptoms? –Chronic fatigue/low energy –Irritability/negative attitude –Inflexibility/indecisive

How to overcome burnout? List priorities. Schedule yourself to do less. Set goals that are achievable. Compartmentalize by focusing on one job at a time. Make changes in you job routine. Schedule fun. Listen to your body!!! Develop a detached concern.

Manageing time Set priorities with your time. Keep an intermittent time log. Plain daily, intermediate, and long term goals. Keep a to-do list. Plan activities. Schedule your time realistically. Improve communication skills. Make big projects manageable. Balance personal and professional life. Organize your physical space. Control interruptions and be willing to say “NO”.
