With a practice focused on employment litigation and counseling, Mr. Hayes has litigated numerous class action and single plaintiff lawsuits concerning a variety of employment disputes, including claims for wage and hour violations, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation.
