6. Who supplies the services in Australia  In Australia private companies own mobile phone companies, landline/home phone companies and internet companies.  Some companies will provide all services. Others will just provide one service.

Important things you need to know  Sometimes you can get one bill for your mobile phone, your landline or internet service.  Some companies arrange for you to get internet, a mobile phone and/or a landline together. This is called “bundling.” You only get one bill but it may be for three different services.
