Definition Youth Programme is the totality of what young people do in Scouting (the activities), how it is done (the Scout Method), and the reason why it is done (the purpose).

Program Development Define the educational proposal of your National Scout Association, by describing what Scouting has to offer young people in your society, taking into account the purpose, principles and method of the Scout Movement and the needs and aspirations of the young people in your country.
